About Me: About The Artist
Sara Hemed grew up in Montana, and studied Media Arts at Montana State University. She began travelling extensively living and working in Mexico, Guam, Miami, San Diego, Europe and most recently Hawaii. She has traveled to Africa, Southeast Asia, China, Indonesia, Japan and Micronesia, and these influences are reflected in her work. She enjoys studying other cultures and trying to capture the beauty of the world and its people in them. She is driven to travel and explore the wonders of the world.
